Own your AI. Why the system should live in your cloud, not a vendor’s.

Ask one question about any AI product before you adopt it: what happens if you stop paying? For almost every tool on the market, the honest answer is: it’s gone. The knowledge you fed it, the workflows you built around it, the capability your team came to rely on: gone, or held at a price the vendor now sets.

That’s not a software subscription. That’s a hostage arrangement with a free trial. And owners who would never rent their trucks, their books, or their client list somehow accept it for the system drafting their client communication.

What ownership actually means

• The system runs in your cloud: your accounts, your infrastructure, not a vendor’s platform
• Your facts, voice training, and rules are yours: assets, not settings in someone else’s app
• Nobody can reprice, retire, or “sunset” it out from under you
• Confidential business data stays where your policies govern it

Why vendors don’t build it this way

Because the lock-in is the business model. Recurring revenue is easier to defend when leaving means losing everything. We’d rather earn the monthly partnership the other way: new work added every month, voice and rules kept current, a standing weekly session: value you’d pay for again, not value you’re afraid to lose.
